What we collect
From the contact form: your name, company, email address, the topic you select and the message you write. Separately, analytics collects aggregate information such as browser type, referring page, pages viewed and approximate region.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you afterwards. Analytics data is used only to improve the site. We do not send marketing mail and we do not profile visitors for advertising.
Third-party services we use
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit.co (United States), which forwards the message to our email address. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) for analytics and Google Fonts to serve typefaces; both may set cookies or log connection data including IP addresses. To opt out of Google Analytics, use the opt-out add-on Google provides.
Disclosure to others
Apart from the processors named above, we do not share personal data with third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
Retention
Enquiries are retained as records for a reasonable period after the matter is closed. Write to us if you would like yours deleted.
Access, correction and deletion
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, email rsugai@arcbridgejapan.com. We will verify your identity and act promptly.
Governing law
We are a company incorporated in Singapore and follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). For visitors in Japan, we also respect the principles of Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
